At Gentle Factory, we understand that personalizing your Pilates equipment can help to create a more enjoyable, exciting, and effective workout experience. That's why we offer our clients the opportunity to customize the equipment based on your personal style and preferences or to suit the design of your studio.

We strongly encourage that you add a personal touch to your Pilates equipment by customizing it as it helps to improve your comfort and efficiency and increase the versatility of your workout.

Note that for all customization, the final charges will be calculated during checkout.

• Material of the equipment

Our default material used for all equipment is Maple Wood / Oak Wood with no additional charge.
You can decide to upgrade it to aluminum with an additional charge depending on the size of the equipment.

 

• Upholstery colors

Select from 4 standard upholstery colors available at no charge or 20+ custom color options for an additional charge depending on the size of the equipment. Feeling indecisive? Go with Black… most of our customers do! Or you can contact us to enquire which color suit your home or studio best.

• Name or Logo on the equipment

The default logo on our Pilates equipment will be our Gentle Factory logo with no additional charge. Want to change it to your own name or logo? Of course, you can! (With an additional charge depending on the size of the equipment).

When adding a name or logo to your Pilates equipment, there are a few criterias that you should consider:

1. Size of the logo: The size of the logo will be at a standard 3.5" x 2.0".
2. Number of words: The number of words that you can customize to your equipment will be at a max of 15 characters.
3. Font style
4. Colors of the logo or name: The colors of the name or logo will be matched to the choice of materials and color of upholstery of equipment.
